Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects, ideally with experience across all project phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover). Demonstrated track record of managing manufacturing/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover. Polish building license Able to manage construction outside of residence, if required Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models preferred. Prior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage. Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required. Strong technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk. Agile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely.
