You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Maintenance Engineer in Professional Piła with Signify.This role is responsible for the optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipmentKeay areas of responsibility

Plan, design and/or co-ordinate engineering projects related to the improvement of the production capacity, quality and/or efficiencies.
Maintain and improve line performance wrt planned and unplanned downtime
Solving complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns on equipment/production
Responsible for maintenance costs, reporting maintenance indicators
Responsible for keeping maintenance and machines documentation up to date
Manages and coaches project team members

Skills & experience

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering skills incl machine safety and ergonomics
Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methods and tools
HVAC and technical infrastrucure experience would be a great advantage
TPM experience
Problem-solving capability
Leadership and coaching skills
Project management techniques
