You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Process Engineer in Professional Piła with Signify.This role is responsible for improving products, processes and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.Key areas of responsibility

Responsible for deploying and executing continuous improvement capabilities in production unit.
Creates required conditions to win in the marketplace through fast and efficient NPIs (time to market), and highly efficient production (zero defect, target output)
Develops standards supporting lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
Acts as project leader for improvement initiatives (production, documentation).
Manages and coaches project team members

Skills & experience

Broad/theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization (assembly)
Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methods and tools.
pFMEA exerience
Project management techniques
Capable of interacting with senior levels, building strong networking.accross the organisation
Knowledge of environmental, safety, ergonomy and quality regulations
People coaching
Problem-solving
