Type: Full-Time, HybridAs a P&C Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the People & Culture Operations team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant execution of complex employee lifecycle processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert in your process area, support continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a point of contact for more complex or escalated cases.About the RoleWorking closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and in-country People & Culture teams, you will contribute to high-quality service delivery aligned with local regulations and global standards.What You'll DoEmployee Lifecycle & Operations:
- Execute complex employee lifecycle events (e.g., transfers, job changes, onboarding/offboarding)
- Maintain data accuracy in HR systems (e.g. Workday) and case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, service levels, and labor law requirements
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support internal audits and compliance with local employment legislation
- Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific process areas
- Update process documentation, deliver training, and support team development
- Provide guidance on non-standard or escalated employee cases
- Identify and recommend process improvements, automation, or standardization opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the P&C Operations team
- Maintain internal knowledge base and support knowledge sharing
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritize independently
- 3-5 years of experience in P&C operations or HR shared services
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience handling confidential data and managing escalations
- Familiarity with Polish labor law and international HR practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed or global organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Additional certifications in HR, payroll, or compliance are a plus
- Experience with continuous improvement or Lean methodology is welcome
