- Leading Rimmel brand portfolio in CEE region in order to achieve annual, quantitative goals, profit and market shares
- Responsibility for P&L of given brand in the region
- Adaptation and implementation of global brand portfolio strategy in the region in order to achieve objectives accepted as part of the annual budget and the global COTY strategy
- Leading NPI process for the brand across the region, securing topline growth and profitability
- Leading brand portfolio agenda concerning new launches, portfolio priorities, pricing strategy & promo calendar with focus on topline and SOM growth
- Day to day brand portfolio management across in the region securing assortment optimization
- Close cooperation with other commercial functions: sales, customer marketing and finance in order to secure brand portfolio agenda
- Active cooperation with a global team, local customer marketing teams across CEE
- 3-4 years of work experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
- Goal oriented, proactive, team player with ownership and can do attitude. Creative and passionate, yet able to work independently.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Very good knowledge of market analysis and experience in data driven recommendation
- AC Nielsen tools knowledge
- Very good knowledge of contemporary digital media (social media, content marketing, influencers)
- Very good command of English both in writing and speaking
- Ability to work in dynamic environment, analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Experience in regional position is an advantage (coordination of several markets)
