What will we do together?

Managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of medium to large-scale business or IT projects,

Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in line with stakeholder expectations,

Monitoring and reporting project progress;

Managing and mitigating risks, handling issues proactively and escalating when needed,

Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring team engagement and performance,

Driving benefit realization by aligning project outcomes with business goals,

Coordinating stakeholder communication across all levels and functions,

Supporting change management activities in line with ACT methodology,

Providing project documentation and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards,

Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Who are we looking for:

Preferably bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields,

At least 3 years of experience in project management; logistics experience is a strong asset,

Good knowledge of project management and change methodologies;

Experience in both business and IT project delivery is highly valued,

Professional project management certification (PMI PMP, Prince2, IPMA Level C etc.) is desirable,

Minimum Upper Intermediate level in English, both verbal and written, is a must,

Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills,

Willing to work cooperatively as a team member,

High customer focus and teamwork spirit.
