Join us and let's drive change together, building your career in various areas of retail, wholesale, and consumer services!Category Management Manager (Gastro)Your duties will include:Managing assigned catering categories taking into account the 4P principles and their development in accordance with the adopted strategic directions of actionAnalysis of market trends and consumer behavior to maximize market share and optimize product rangeCreating short- and long-term sales plans and participating in the creation and implementation of development strategies for subordinate categoriesCooperation with suppliers to optimize non-fuel margins and negotiationsInitiating purchasing processes and developing product offeringsCoordination of contracting and supplier relationsActive participation in the creation of marketing activities, implementation and supervision of their effectivenessPreparation of planograms and optimization of sales spaceSupply chain management and sales forecastingcooperation (including with marketing, operations, purchasing, and training teams) in Poland and abroadresponsibility for monitoring and verifying the implementation of contracts with suppliers, including checking compliance with contract provisions and supervising compliance with their provisions (including limits, settlements, liabilities)Managing projects related to the development of the gastronomic offerRequirements:A university degree in a relevant field (preferably in management, economics, marketing, trade/business, food safety, or technology). Postgraduate training in category management, purchasing, negotiation, or market data analysis would be an additional advantage.Ability to analyze market and consumer data and strategic planningKnowledge of category management principles, commercial processes and sales operations, and supply chain management in the area of services (catering will be an additional advantage)Ability to negotiate and build relationships with external partnersAbility to work in a team, excellent communication skills, stress resistance, presentation skills, creativity and proactivity , customer and goal orientation, independence.Knowledge of the food service industry and market trends in the gas station and QSR channels (knowledge of technology and food safety will be an added advantage).Minimum 3 years of experience in the food or FMCG industry/category management/project management/marketing/purchasing/retail chain development (minimum 3-5 years in the category manager/ key position) Account Manager) – welcome in an international environment.Experience in conducting negotiations, data analysis, drawing strategic conclusions, implementing new products, portfolio optimization and product lifecycle management.English - intermediate (B2) Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, enabling easy business communicationPolish language - FluentMS Office - advancedDriving license category BWhy join us?
