Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturingCurrently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit Test&Validation Design Leader - Smart Actuators.YOUR CHALLENGEś:Defines the product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysisSupports the project team for compatibility matrix & risk analysis, with contribution of the product family validation standard owner up from the project acquisition phase.Documents Design Validation plan including environmental validation test plan and functional validation test plan with the product architect, based on defined test strategy.Plans & quote all necessary actions to run the DV/PV as: number of parts, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs (characterization, reliability), potential external test costs.Secures that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments.Coordinates all product integrations and validation activities (regulations, functional, system, mechanics, electrics, vehicle tests).Reports issues at the first level of analysis and reports project validation risks assessment.LETś TALK ABOUT YOU:5 years of experience in similar function.Proficiency in English and PolishExperience in automotive sector.An engineer’s or master’s degree in technical field.Management skills.A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.Highly supportive and flexible mindset.Willingness to work with international teams.Very good written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking.WE CAN OFFER YOU:Employment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational hightech automotive supplier;Attractive working conditions and benefits: possibility to work remotely, participation in internal and external trainings, subsidies for Medicover cafeteria (including Multisport card), additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Program (PPE) and other social benefits.Job: R&D Design LeaderOrganization: Test & ValidationSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2025-04-11Join Us !
