- Operational marketing delivery excellence in respect of the global brand positioning and ENA action plan per Brand.
- Represent the Premium brands through territories and stakeholders.
- Ensuring a fair weighting of priorities and expectations across the region and the brands.
- Collaborate transparently, proactively and continuously with cross-functional teams (Global Brand teams, E-Commerce, Loyalty, Commercial, Operations, etc.) to ensure perfect alignment around operational actions, implementations and the brand positioning.
- Deliver regional marketing plans if needed and ensure their perfect execution on all communication and distribution channels - with a view to maximizing brand equity.
- Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands in order to reinforce their notoriety and their attractiveness.
- Be the guarantor of the brand's operational standards and their implementation within the hotels and support global targets are delivered.
- Support and guide new openings in close cooperation with Brand Onboarding Director.
- Implement a brand-specific customer experience to support its positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders.
- Successfully managed a brand or brand portfolio ideally in hotel industry.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills, working independently and self-responsible.
- Know how to develop a marketing action plan.
- Know how to manage projects and events.
- Know how to improve brand quality and consistency.
- Excellent PPT and XLS skills.
- Languages: fluent local language and English, a 3rd language is a plus.
- University education like master's degree in marketing, communication, marketing management, brand management or commercial strategies.
- Professional experience required: minimum 3-5 years in Marketing.
