- Create content for ecom clients: PDPs, banners, brand pages, promo/activation materials according to action plan, ensuring proper brand execution.
- Build best online shopper experience in line with brand guidelines and expression.
- Define e-com brand business ambitions and time bound objectives in cooperation with e-com tribe.
- In coordination with E-Kam & E-activation Manager develop Activation plans for key accounts (consultancy role to secure brand objectives).
- In coordination with E-Kam develops specifics commercial campaign for E-Reatail partners (e.g. newsletter, promotions mechanism, bundles) based on Activation Plan given for each of main clients addressing each E-Retailers needs.
- Own yearly/ quarterly/ monthly activation plan from brand angle.
- Secure proper tools support to execute Annual Activation Plans (GWP, sampling, media, content, launches, influencers, new initiatives)- responsibility for A&P management for these activities.
- Transactional & retail media budgets management, transactional media activation management (in cooperation with Media Buying Agency, Divisional Media Manager & CDMO Team).
- Collaborate closely with marketing Brand Manager, Advocacy Brand Manager and e-com tribe to reach brand's e-commerce objectives.
- Leverage marketing initiatives ie. GWP, sampling, media linking, advocacy etc. to bring consumer-centric full funnel approach linked with e-commerce retailers'.
- Track brand's sell-out performance on an ongoing basis with focus on the topline & priorities and share performance insights with the team.
- Lead Brand Heros performance review and revision process.
- R&R generation for key e-com partners with strong focus on brand heroes & launches.
- Lead brand events: from objectives setting through excellent execution to post evaluation.
- Have minimum 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce.
- Are able to learn fast, being independent, achiever mindset & problem solver.
- Are a team player approach: cooperative & supportive.
