- Identify and engage new business partners across the outdoor living segment.
- Own sales performance across the territory, managing the full cycle from pipeline building to deal closure.
- Define and execute local go-to-market strategies to drive commercial success for Teleco and Somfy outdoor solutions.
- Develop new customer opportunities in collaboration with Somfy B2B teams and Teleco experts.
- Align commercial strategy with Somfy Group priorities, leveraging both brands' strengths to meet customer needs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Teleco's outdoor product portfolio, covering both technical and commercial aspects.
- Support and coach the Somfy KAM community to strengthen their confidence in promoting Teleco solutions.
- Deliver product training, co-visits, and joint presentations to embed Teleco offers into client strategies.
- Translate complex technical knowledge into clear commercial benefits for customers.
- Work closely with KAMs, Sales Reps, Marketing, and technical experts across Somfy and Teleco to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Foster alignment and prevent internal competition through shared planning.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by facilitating effective information flow between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Contribute to budget planning and take full accountability for achieving assigned sales targets.
- Track and report KPIs across shared accounts to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to both local and international stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, automation, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales and/or product management, ideally in home automation, building technologies, or shading systems.
- Proven experience working in an international, matrix organization.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with market mapping and product positioning expertise.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Polish and English (Czech is a plus).
