- Deliver multiple L&D programs and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, impact measurement, and alignment with company strategy.
- Manage and optimize our LMS and LXP platforms (Juno Journey), including content, learner experience, and data reporting.
- Create and maintain engaging internal learning content in the LMS and company Wiki, aligned with our culture and processes.
- Monitor and report on utilization, impact, and budget of L&D initiatives, ensuring efficient resource use.
- Design and facilitate internal workshops, onboarding sessions, and training (both in-person and virtual).
- Partner with external training vendors to implement tailored learning opportunities for business needs.
- Oversee procurement processes for L&D-related contracts, licenses, and renewals in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Strong project/program management skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience managing LMS and/or LXP platforms.
- Fluency in English (C1+).
- Background in instructional design and learning evaluation (a plus).
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative approaches to designing engaging learning experiences.
- Experience building scalable global learning programs.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital learning and workplace development.
