
Key Account Manager

- Developing and maintaining a solid, long - term relationships with assigned customers
- Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
- Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross - to - Net results
- Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
- Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
- Analyzing customer data to provide better results
- Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
- Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain department
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales
- Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account managment
- Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
- Proactivity, independence and self-starter attitude
- Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges
- Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good command of English language and Polish language
