
Lead Account Manager, Top Accounts (They/She/He)

- Own strategic partner relationships end-to-end, including leading co-marketing efforts, confirming promotional and visibility plans, ensuring operational excellence, etc.
- Be responsible for our partners' business performance, analyze their key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure month-over-month (MoM) growth. Tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
- Be responsible for business development in a selected city/ part of the region, keeping good relations with key stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Content, Q-commerce)
- Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
- Handle regular business review meetings with restaurant Partners, presenting data and insights compellingly.
- Create and report key actions and KPIs for your area and be a full business owner of it!
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant
- Management experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Problem solver, look for the root cause of the problem and go for it till makes things happen
- Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English
