KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERTHE ROLEWe’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team reporting to a Senior Channel Manager.In this role you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers
Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
Analyzing customer data to provide better results
Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain department

As an experienced Key Account Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:

Minimum 3 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales
Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account managment
Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
Proactivity, independence and self-starter attitude
Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges
Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Very good command of English language and Polish language
