KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERTHE ROLEWe’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team reporting to a Senior Channel Manager.In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers
  • Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
  • Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
  • Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
  • Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
  • Analyzing customer data to provide better results
  • Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
  • Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain department

As an experienced Key Account Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales
  • Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account managment
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
  • Proactivity, independence and self-starter attitude
  • Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges
  • Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good command of English language and Polish language
