- Overseeing governance and end-to-end management of payment gateway integration projects in line with customer roadmaps
- Defining project frameworks, creating implementation and deployment plans, and ensuring timely delivery of project phases and deliverables
- Leading cross-functional teams based on project requirements and timelines, fostering close collaboration across all company departments
- Proactively identifying and communicating potential risks and challenges
- Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets through appropriate verification and control techniques
- Acting as the primary client contact and representing the company throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
- Previous experience as a Project Manager (preferably in complex environments)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Client-facing and internal presentation skills
- Pragmatism with strong organizational and structuring skills
- Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
