This is a role within the People & Culture (P&C) Technology function, responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of all international Benefits and Compensation systems outside of the United States. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global Total Rewards technology landscape, ensuring compliance, efficiency and scalability across a complex and evolving estate. Reporting into senior technology leadership and partnering closely with executive-level stakeholders across P&C, Benefits, Compensation and Finance, this role is critical to the successful delivery of business transformation, risk management and global workforce enablement.Your Role AccountabilitiesOPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the performance and delivery of international benefits systems, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant benefits management across all non-US entities.
- Lead the integration and rationalisation of Benefits applications across the international estate, removing duplication, reducing complexity and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the organisation’s Cyber Security Office (CSO) and data governance standards, taking proactive measures to manage risk and meet regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Deliver and manage total reward-related change initiatives and system improvements, working closely with stakeholders in P&C, Benefits, Finance and Technology to ensure effective planning, minimal disruption and measurable benefits.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of external benefits vendors, holding them accountable to service level agreements, compliance standards and expected value delivery.
- Identify and deliver cost savings through system consolidation, process optimisation and targeted investment in scalable benefits technologies.
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for international total rewards technology, ensuring it aligns with the wider P&C Technology strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior P&C/Benefits/Compensation business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the technology landscape and support business goals.
- Monitor and assess the external Total Rewards technology market, identifying emerging trends and making informed recommendations to ensure the organisation remains current and competitive.
- Lead the Benefits technology workstream for global structural changes, including legal entity consolidations and acquisitions, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of project managers, business analysts and HRIS analysts, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide direction and oversight across the international Total Rewards systems portfolio, ensuring all projects and initiatives are prioritised, resourced appropriately and delivered to scope, time and budget.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior P&C business partners, acting as their primary contact for all international Benefits systems matters and ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and met.
- 6+ Years experience in HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of P&C processes, employee benefits lifecycle documentation, and associated compliance and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience working in agile delivery environments, with a solid grasp of backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, Compliance, and regional business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and product optimisation.
- Familiarity with system integration principles, document storage frameworks, and security standards relevant to employee data management.

- Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
