- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Europejski Grill, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding service while fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, develop strategies to optimize revenue, and ensure cost control measures are in place to meet financial targets.
- Creative Vision: Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B team to develop innovative ideas for the menu, restaurant concepts, and guest experiences.
- Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality, regularly engaging with guests to gain feedback and create memorable dining moments.
- Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract a diverse clientele.
- Operational Strategy: Implement processes to streamline operations, ensure smooth service flow, and maintain consistent quality.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed with well-trained professionals, optimizing scheduling to meet business needs.
- Quality Control: Uphold rigorous standards for food, beverage, and service quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new concepts and offerings that keep Europejski Grill at the forefront of the dining scene in Warsaw.
- Financial Planning and Reporting: Work closely with the management team to set budgets, forecast sales, and provide regular reports on the restaurant's performance.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant operations.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Creativity & Innovation: A forward-thinking approach with a passion for developing new concepts, ideas, and experiences that elevate the dining experience.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to drive profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Exceptional Guest Service Focus: A commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and within the team, to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration.
