Our VisionWe are looking for an Account Manager / Specialist with professional experience in a digital agency (SoMe, YouTube, TikTok, PR, etc.), skilled in project coordination, communication, and effective implementation.Your mission

Developing online strategies for the WORX and CAT brands.
Daily collaboration with a digital marketing agency and coordination of activities for internal stakeholders.
End-to-end project oversight: timelines, budgets, reporting.
Co-creating the online communication calendar, editing materials, and influencing their final form.
Monitoring competitor activities.
Implementing, monitoring, and controlling SoMe activities in cooperation with the digital agency.
Coordinating efforts with internal teams (sales, e-commerce, product, legal) and external vendors.

Your profile

Experience in a digital marketing agency (minimum 3–4 years).
Proficiency in working with data and Excel.
Systematic and consistent project management.
Strong knowledge of the social media ecosystem (formats, best practices, publishing/monitoring tools).
Ability to work with KPIs (reach/ER, number of publications, SOV, trade plan execution).
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, attention to detail, and ability to “close” topics effectively.
Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

Experience working with POSM.
Basic knowledge of advertising law and image rights management.
