We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them.WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Polisth team in Warsaw.SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Source, underwrite and assess potential logistic real estate acquisitions in Poland
Focus on the divestment activity in Poland
Build relations with sales brokers and potential sale and leaseback prospects
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Assess comparable reports, property value(s), and market conditions through research, outreach, data, site tours and gathering relevant market intelligence
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, cash flow models, due diligence documents, internal investment memos and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Oversee weekly/bi-monthly conference calls regarding acquisition checklists to ensure items are completed on time during due diligence and closing of acquisitions/dispositions

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

Background in investment transactions on relevant markets
Proven experience in asset disposals (preferably with a developer)
Analytical & target driven mindset
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (ability to maintain/establish long-term relationships)
Languages: Polish (native or bilingual) & English (professional working)
