- Taking the lead in service, calibration, and sales of L&W products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with ABB’s service standards.
- Conducting on-site customer visits to assess needs, provide technical consulting, and identify tailored service solutions that add value.
- Providing technical support both remotely and on-site, identifying and resolving issues within your area of expertise to deliver seamless service.
- Investigating customer needs and consulting on L&W and Pulp & Paper solutions, offering specialist input on customer requirements and recommending suitable service products.
- Driving development of new service offerings by identifying effective service applications, equipment, and methodologies that align with customer demands and cost efficiency.
- Executing and managing service projects internally and externally, including planning, cost tracking, milestone management, and commercial oversight.
- Generating service sales leads by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and technical expertise to explore new opportunities.
- Acting as an ambassador for ABB’s service portfolio, actively promoting solutions during customer meetings, trade fairs, marketing campaigns, and industry events.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the engineering field, working with technologies related to electronics, automation, or mechatronics.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics, providing a strong technical foundation.
- You are highly skilled in applying structured, methodical approaches to problem-solving, especially in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
- You are passionate about customer satisfaction, demonstrating a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- You are innovative and flexible, with a natural drive to improve, adapt, and think creatively when approaching technical challenges.
- You are at ease communicating in both Polish and English, ensuring effective collaboration in local and international environments.
- You are comfortable with frequent travel across Poland and surrounding countries, including up to 100 hotel nights per year, as part of your service-oriented role.
- Preferred location for this role is Łódź, with Katowice or Wrocław as alternative options.
